Prayer is a very important part of our faith and fellowship with God. We are instructed in Luke 18:1 that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.
The most exciting part of Prayer is not the prayer itself as an act, but the assurance that God really hears us and answers us when we pray. We find this in various portions of the scriptures. Here are 10 bible verses that shows us God hears and answers our prayers.
1 John 5:14 – 15
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:

Psalm 66:19 – 20
But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
And when he looked on him, he was afraid, and said, What is it, Lord? And he said unto him, Thy prayers and thine alms are come up for a memorial before God.

John 11:41 – 42
Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Acts 16:25 – 26
And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
